Evelyn Beatrice (Anderson) Johnson, daughter of Jeffda and Rose (Lamberg) Anderson, was born April 9, 1916 in Estelline, South Dakota. She grew up at Estelline and was united in marriage to Willard Savela of South Dakota. She later married Wesley Savela and then was united in marriage to Frank Johnson of Seattle, Washington. Evelyn has spent the last six years at home with her niece Rose Moore on Lake Hudson, near Adair, Oklahoma. She died on Tuesday, June 18, 2013 at the age of 97 years. She is survived by several nieces and nephews and was preceded in death by her three husbands, her parents and 13 brothers and sisters. Visitation for Evelyn will be from 2PM to 4PM Sunday at Geise Funeral Chapel in Lake Norden. Burial will be at 11:00 AM, Monday, June 24, 2013 at the Poinsett Cemetery, rural Arlington, South Dakota.
