Anna "Lorraine" Koistinen Lake Norden, South Dakota Anna Mabel "Lorraine" Koistinen was born on July 2, 1919 in Lake Norden, South Dakota the daughter of John and Hilma (Simonson) Moen. She died on Friday, march 31, 2006 at the Beverly Health Care Nursing Home in Lake Norden at the age of 86. Lorraine received her education in Lake Norden and was a graduate of the Lake Norden High School in 1938. She was united in marriage to George "Wally" Koistinen on February 17, 1940 in Angola, Indiana. After their marriage they made their home in East Detroit, Michigan. After retiring in 1973, they moved back to Lake Norden, SD. Wally died on May 23, 2005. She was a member of the Trinity Lutheran Church in Lake Norden. Lorraine is survived by one sister June Martilla of Lake Norden, SD; several nieces and nephews and many other family members and friends.
