Trenton Monty Smith was born on October 1, 2020, in Watertown, SD, the son of Myles and Amber Smith. He went to be with Jesus on February 8, 2022 at the age of 16 months after a brief battle with cancer.

Trenton was a member of the Old Apostolic Lutheran Church and brought joy to many hearts.

He is survived by his parents Myles and Amber; brothers, Layden, Jace and Myron; sisters, Jonie, Adalyn, Alayna, Aubrie, Shyla and Lynell all of Castlewood; Maternal Grandparents, Ben and Laura Williamson, of Sturgis, SD and Scott and June Smith of New York Mills, MN; great grandmothers, Marie Koistinen of Lake Norden and Marlys Redinger of Belle Fourche, SD; great grandparents, Max and Elvina Williamson of Spearfish, SD and Charles and Joanne Smith of Lake Norden, SD, along with many aunts, uncles, cousins and a host of Christian friends.

He was preceded in death by cousins Arynn and Arika Smith, great grandfather, Clarence Koistinen and Harry Redinger.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 am Saturday, February 12, 2022, at the Old Apostolic Lutheran Church near Lake Norden. Visitation will be from 6:00 pm to 7:30 pm Friday at the church. Geise Funeral Home
