Wayne E. Foley, of Willow Lake, gained his victory holding his wife's hand on April 4, 2023 at the age of 60. Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 am Tuesday, April 11, 2023, at the Old Apostolic Lutheran Church in rural Lake Norden. Visitation will be from 6:30 to 7:30 pm on Monday at the church. Geise Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.

Wayne Elwood Foley was born and raised in Vancouver, WA to Bruce and Edna (Cunningham) Foley on October 11, 1962. He was united in marriage to Terri Koehler on September 17, 1981 and together they had two children. Wayne was later united in marriage to Kelly Roberts on November 25, 1986 and together they had six children. Wayne enjoyed working on cars, masonry and traveling the country. His greatest joy was spending time with friends and family. He was a lifelong member of the Old Apostolic Lutheran Church.

Wayne was survived by his wife Terri of 8 years and his children, Lisa Harrison of Windsor, CO, Reid (Debra) Foley of Willow Lake, SD, Wayne Foley of Erwin, SD, Darlys (Luke) Homola of Willow Lake, SD, Jodi Foley of Kennebec, SD, Levi (Diane) Foley of Henry, SD, Karlee (Shawn) Homola of Willow Lake, SD, and Kelsie (Brian) Halme of Airway Heights, WA; 30 grandchildren; seven siblings, Yvonne (Dennis) Kangas, Leroy Foley, Cherie (Pete) Pedersen, Brent (Edythe) Foley, Oren (Sharon) Foley, Rosalie (Jon) Deel and Arlene (Matt) Deel, many nieces, nephews and dear friends.

Wayne was preceded in death by his parents, Bruce and Edna Foley, brother William 'Bill' Foley and sister Renee Bender.
